You can pay for your order safely in the following ways:
1. Cash on delivery
The products come to your address by courier and you pay the price at the time of receipt.
2. Payment by credit card
In order to complete your purchase by paying by credit card, go to the secure website of Piraeus Bank, where you enter your credit card details. Your credit card information is not sent back to us. Finally, your transaction and your personal information are secured by Piraeus Bank.
* Note that in case you do not receive an order confirmation mail (even look at the spam) you should contact us as there is a possibility that your order has not been registered in our system.
4. Deposit in a bank account
To pay by deposit in a bank account, simply select “Bank Transfer – Deposit” on the payment page. You will be presented with the bank accounts in which you can make the deposit. After the end of your deposit, send us the receipt, with an email to info@roloi-xanthi.gr to inform us about the completion of the order.
After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process is followed and the relevant emails are sent to you. In case you have not sent us the above information within three working days, then your order is considered invalid.

5. Receipt and payment of the amount in the store
To pick up and pay the amount at the store, simply select pick up from the store in the shipping method. When your order is completed we will send you an email so you know that your order is in the store and you can go to pick it up. Orders remain in stores for collection up to 10 days after informing the customer.
